Explore the Inner Hyannis Harbor, tie up for Fish and Chips at Baxter’s Boathouse then make your way out to Lewis Bay, drop anchor and take a swim off Egg Island, a sandbar that appears for 3 hours on each side of low tide. Venture out to Hyannis Port Harbor and get a peak at the Kennedy compound and maybe even find a Kennedy or two out on the water. There are several coves and inlets that make great swimming hole, drop anchor and enjoy the warm waters of Nantucket sound. Rental Agreement Minimal powerboat experience is required for boat rentals. The renter and boat driver must be at least 25 years of age. A picture ID is required for verification. Lessee is responsible for any and all damage to the vessel while his/her possession. A 1,000 damage deposit is required with every rental. We do not offer optional insurance coverage at the time of the rental. No alcohol is allowed on board rental vessels. Cancellation Policy A 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation for our dock location in Hyannis Harbor. Dock cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of rental period for a refund. There is no refund of deposit within 48 hours for rentals from our dock. Refunds are considered for rain or unfavorable wind conditions, weather cancellations are determined on the day of the rental. Delivered rentals require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to reserve your rental period. There is no refund of deposit for cancellations. Refunds are considered for tropical storms and hurricanes and in this event are pro-rated based on loss of use.
