Yacht also have all required permits, insurance, and safety equipment Per USCG regulations we are not allowed to provide you with a captain. You are welcome to either supply your own captain that meets all of the owner and USCG regulations or you may choose a captain from a list of 5 to 10 pre-approved captains that we have vetted and are familiar with our vessel. Captains fee + tip not included. Crew average rate is $150/hour. Gratuity is not included. Once you book with us we will provide you with the list of captains. The boat is really fabulous. Clean, spacious and beautiful. Plenty of room for 12 people. The owner is exceptionally communicative every step of the way and recommended a great captain and deckhand (Steve and Dana) who really helped to make our evening special. All around a great experience. Highly recommend with no hesitation. We went in with high expectations. This owner stands by his promises.

I’ve been on many yachts in Chicago and it’s always so cramped on the many 40 footers available. Definitely was worth the upgrade in size. Also you can tell the owners really take care of the yacht based on the condition it was in. I’ll be taking Sex Sea out again this summer for sure.

We had a fantastic evening! We chartered the boat from 5-11 and enjoyed a ride down the river (highly recommend) and fireworks. Perfect day, perfect Captain (Steve) and Second Mate (Dana). The boat was beautiful, clean and well equipped.
