Cancellation and Refund Policy: Isolated thunderstorms in a weather forecast are not an eligible reason for refund. Small craft advisories, rain, wind or chop are not reasons for cancellation, however your boundaries may be limited to inland waterways on the bay side, the vessel is still yours. Acceptable reasons for cancellation: Hurricanes in your area entitle you to a full refund. The inability to access the reef or ocean side due to sea conditions does not constitute or entitle you a refund. Refunds and Reschedule Options: All cancellations within a 2 week time period of scheduled date are NOT entitled to any refund. All cancellations outside of the 2 week time period of scheduled date will have the option to reschedule to a later date or cancel the reservation completely as follows, • Reschedule outside of two weeks, $25.00 reschedule fee. • There is no guarantee the charter you want will be available the dates you choose so reschedule as early as possible.
