Cancellation Policy 72 hours + prior to your scheduled pick up time at the hotel you can cancel a booking without any explanation necessary, and your reservation cost will be refunded immediately. Cancellations less than 72hrs prior to pick up time and No-Shows loose their reservation fee, in case of unfavorable weather/Sea Conditions in the morning of your booked charter date, we would talk to you about rescheduling the charter for a later date, if possible by your and our schedules. If such rescheduling is not possible/not suitable for the Guest, then we would cancel the charter and Refund all prior made. Reservation Fee/Full Payments etc right away completely, no cancellation Fees, as the weather is not the Customer's fault, it is my own business risk. We does not refund partial/full charter rates if a customer cuts short on his prior booked charter length due Seasickness, please check with your Doctor/Pharmacist to find the best suitable solution for each charter member of your family.
