Due to the way our operations work, we are invariably unable to re-sell such spaces, and depending on the notice offered with a cancellation, we levy a graded cancellation charge. While we sympathize with guests, we are not in a situation where we can be held responsible should a problem affecting our guests in advance of travel. It may be possible for you to substitute other guests (family, friends, etc.) for your Safari in the event you cannot be on board at that time.
