No more than six people are allowed  to be passengers on the boat at any time. Subjunctive to the weather. High winds and heavey rain are the only reasons I would have to cancel. The boat is fully inclosed a light to meadium rain is not an issue. If you like to cancle or postpone you must do so 3 days in advance.  The Riley Sage does have destination charters available that will allow for swimming, visting towns along the river and or restaurants. Sun rise or sun set trips even overnight. Engagement surprises with a professional photographer acting like a first mate. All subject to different rates.  You are allowed to BYOB  and snacks. No glass wear allowed on the boat. Must be responsible with a designated driver introduced to the Captain.  No hard sole shoes, heals or black soles. Allowed footwear must be soft sole shoes non marking and no heal. If the Captain has to talk to you about anyone in your parties behavior twice the Captain can head back to port and no refund will be issued.  The following behavior is not tollerated. Any kind of drug use including Marijuana. No smokeing of cigarettes or vaps and no edibles.  Druck, loud, unsafe behavior will not be tolerated only one worning will be given.
