Pepe was a good communicator and the gentlemen on the boat were very nice, chill, and accommodating. The day was pretty much whatever we wanted to do. I feel like Pepe’s prices were some of the most reasonable on the site. I would book with Pepe again. He was nice to deal with.

Honestly, Pepe made sure everything was perfect for my friends and I. We were 10 girls on a bachelorette party in Cancun and he made sure we were set with food, transportation(for an extra fee) and even a crew! It was THE BEST boat day ever. Did I mention this listing comes with snorkeling gear, water, and beer!!!!???? Thank you for everything!

Cancellation Policies: We understand that life happens, and we can’t always have fun on a yacht in the Caribbean, which is why we allow cancellations for tours with at least two weeks advance notice (14 days from the departure date). However, if you simply do not show up or cancel with less than 14 full days notice before the departure date, we cannot issue a refund on your deposit. Our tours are mostly booked two months, five months or even a year in advance. With such short notice we will have an almost impossible task of filling the time slot we’ve been holding for you. However! The fantastic news is that we have a 100%, no-fuss inclement weather refund policy. If the conditions are unsuitable or unsafe for a day at sea we offer a full refund, no questions asked. Of course we will do our best to reschedule around the weather since you will surely still want to head out to sea! Our whole goal is to make sure you have the best day possible on the water. Head Count Decrease On Private Charters If you have a change in headcount for your tour and less guests are showing up than planned, please let us know with 7 full days notice before the tour. We can adjust the balance accordingly, no problem! Any changes to headcount in under 7 days of the tour, the original quoted rate will be owed. Why? Good question! Lots of time and effort goes into the logistics of planning a yacht charter. Supplies, staff scheduling based on guest volume, coordination between crew and office, transportation and a whole world of magic behind the scenes. Transportation We can help make transportation arrangements roughly 24 hours in advance, but can only guarantee vans with 72 hours notice of any changes in guests. It's our pleasure to get you to the boat as conveniently and punctually as possible, but with other bookings, it's hard to guarantee additional vans within 24 hours or less of a tour departure.
