1. Fuel is included in the rental price. 2. Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental time. 3. Parking is available on private property for a fee of $25 per vehicle. 4. The boat must be returned in the same condition as when it was rented. Any damage caused to the boat or its equipment will be the renter's responsibility and may result in additional charges. 5. The maximum number of passengers allowed on the boat is 9. Exceeding this limit may result in termination of the rental agreement and forfeiture of the rental fee. 6. Smoking is not permitted on the boat. 7. Alcohol consumption is allowed, but the renter must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding alcohol consumption and boating. 8. The renter is responsible for all fines and penalties incurred during the rental period, including those related to parking and any violations of boating laws and regulations.
