About This Boat

Experience the best fishing charter and fantastic and experience guides in Galveston, Texas for as low as $100 per hour (4 hours minimum). We furnished all fuel, bait and tackle for all trips, with a U.S. Coast Guard-licensed captain who also holds a Texas Guide License. As always, the fish you catch on our charters are cleaned and packaged by us for you.

Rates:

Jetty Fishing

• Half Day: $400 for first 3 people
• Full Day: $550 for first 3 people
• Additional person $50 for each, 6 person maximum

Close Off-Shore

• Full Day: $750 for first 3 people
• Additional person $50 for each, 6 person maximum

Off-Shore/Deep Sea

• Full Day: $1,600 for up 6 people

Shark Hunt

• Full Day: $650 for first 3 people
• Additional person $50 for each, 6 person maximum

All charter bookings require a $100 deposit.

What You Can Expect:

We invite you to join us on any of our half day, full day, close offshore, deep sea, or shark hunt fishing trips! We often catch flounder, redfish, speckled trout, dolphin, red snapper, grouper, vermilion snapper, shark, black drum, kingfish, stingray – and many more. Jetty Fishing

The fish you could catch on this trip include flounder, shark, jack fish, stingray, redfish, ling, trout, Spanish mackerel and black drum.

Close Off-Shore Fishing Trips

The fish you could catch on this trip include king fish, tarpon, flounder, shark, jack fish, stingray, redfish, ling, trout, Spanish mackerel and black drum.

Off-Shore/Deep Sea Fishing Trips

The fish you could catch on this trip include snapper, king fish, ling, sharks, dorado and triple tail.

Shark Hunt

The fish you could catch on this trip include bull shark, tiger shark, hammerhead shark, mako shark, black tip shark.

What To Expect Onboard:

We will be fishing aboard the 27ft SeaCat Fishing Boat powered by twin outboard engine and take up to 6 people.

What To Bring:

Here are some notes on what we suggest you bring to make the best of your Galveston Charter Guides fishing trip.

The state of Texas requires a salt water fishing license for ALL trips, including deep sea trips. The only exceptions are for anyone under 17 years old or anyone born before Sept. 1, 1930. Everyone else must have a license with them. Also, be sure that the license includes a red drum tag. Click here for more info.

• Food and drinks iced down in a small cooler
• Another ice chest for the fish you catch. (Leave it in your vehicle until we get back to the dock.)
• Hat, sunscreen, camera and towels
• Non-skid, soft-soled shoes
• Sea-sick medicine (if necessary)
• You may bring adult beverages as long as there are no glass containers.
• If you are bringing small children, please contact us ahead to make sure we have life jackets on board that will fit them.

Cancellation Policy

If the captain calls off a trip due to unsafe weather, your reservation fee will go for a future date or gift certificate. Cancellations one week or less, and/or a no-show, forfeit charter fee.
