What happens if my guest cancels?
If your guest cancels a reservation then you will automatically receive a notification via email and the reservation dates will become available on your listing.
GetMyBoat will honor the cancelation policy set in your listing at the time the reservation was approved. To receive the funds from the cancelation fee your payout information must be entered to your account. GetMyBoat will payout the cancelation fee within 30 days of the date the reservation was cancelled.

How do I cancel a reservation as an owner?
If you want to cancel your reservation you must log-in to your GetMyBoat account and visit the message thread of the reservation you would like to cancel. The owner will be debited 10% of the reservation price (guest service fees) on the next reservation that is successfully completed through GetMyBoat.
In addition owners may be subject to a debit for GetMyBoat’s cancelation fees based on the total price of the reservation on the next reservation that is successfully completed through GetMyBoat:
Under $100: Fee is $5
Over $100 but below $250: Fee is $20
Over $250: Fee is $50
