   We had an amazing time. Captain Eric was great. The family really enjoyed the sights and the boat is beautiful! It is nice that there are multiple different spaces onboard to enjoy indoor and outdoor.

   I proposed to my girlfriend on the Sea Ray boat, and it was an unforgettable experience. Kevin was fantastic to work with—he coordinated everything seamlessly and responded very quickly to all my questions. Captain Evan was also great. They both went above and beyond to make the proposal and our evening truly special and memorable.

   Kevin is super friendly and made our family day super relaxing and special. His communication was top notch, even providing a video showing where to park in the lot (super helpful!!!), and everything about the experience was great. Would definitely book again. :)

   Had an awesome day on the water! Communication was so easy and the boat was pristine! Got the perfect balance of seeing the coastline and then plenty of time to hang out on the awesome raft and use the boat speaker. Every girl on the trip I planned said they would absolutely book the exact same boat if they ever had to plan a bachelorette or any kind of trip! Nothing could’ve been improved! It was perfect

   Kevin had great communication and was very transparent leading up to us actually getting on the boat. My guest and I had such a great time and it was amazing vibes. The Captain (Capt Jim) we had on board was very attentive, had we needed anything while on board. It was a very clean boat. Pictures are very accurate. I'd definitely book again!!

   We rented a boat in Chicago yesterday for my sister’s bachelorette party, and overall had a great time! First off, Max was an amazing captain — very friendly, helpful, and professional. He made us feel comfortable and ensured we had a smooth ride. The boat itself was clean, spacious, and had a nice downstairs area with a bathroom. We loved being able to lounge on the Lilly pad raft and enjoy the sunshine on the lake! That said, we were disappointed by the lack of transparency with the charges. Before the trip, we were not informed that a 20% automatic tip ($400) would be added on top of the nearly $3,000 we paid, which already included a $300 “service charge.” We had assumed that service charge was the gratuity. We fully intended to tip Max ourselves after the trip, but instead felt blindsided by the pre-added gratuity. The communication from both Get My Boat and the boat company could have been much clearer, and we were never provided with a full contract to review ahead of time. While we had fun and appreciated Max’s service, the surprise charges left us feeling taken advantage of. Transparency is key, and I hope the company addresses this for future customers.
