Charter Inclusions

Full crew (Captain, Seaman), fuel, soft drinks, towels, water & ice.


The Dubai Coast Guard enforces strict rules on all charter companies here in Dubai & fines are common place. If rules are broken, we reserves the right to pass on any fine to the guests if incurred due to non compliance or disregard for the rules set out by the coastguard & enforced by your Captain & Crew.

• All guests are required by law to bring original I.D (proof of visa), not a copy or picture. Tourists require original Passport. Residents can bring Passport, Emirates ID or Emlntes Driving License.
• Abuse of alcohol & subsequent reckless behaviour may result in fines or a termination of the charter.
• Life jackets are to be worn when the coast guard deems necessary & issues a weather warning.
• Littering of the waters is not tolerated.
• For your safety, swimming more than three meters from the vessel is not tolerated by the Coastguard.
• Jumping off the yacht while underway or at anchor is not permitted & will result in the charter being terminated.
• It's not permitted to participate in Jet Ski or other water toy activity ran by a third party during an our trip.

Number of guests

Final numbers for guests must be confirmed 24 hours prior to departure & may not be exceeded on the day. As per UAE law.

Catering Cancellation Policy

Numbers for catering required 24 hours prior to departure. In the event that the clients want to cancel or amend the catering, we require at least 24 hours prior notice otherwise full amount will be applied.


Our Captain and crew are there to safely man and navigate the vessel & are not responsible for attending to children. Furthermore on the Coast Guards orders, irrespective of the strength of swimmer, children under the ages of 10 years must wear a life jacket while in the water & out on deck.


Footwear must be removed before boarding our yachts. We recommend comfortable clothing & XBC slippers are provided.

Damage Waiver and Liabilities

• Should there be any damages caused to the vessel as a direct result of the actions of the client or their guests. The damage and cause of the damage will notified to the client in writing within 24 hours. A contractor, respective to that of the damage caused, will be instructed to provide an official quotation for the repair or replacement of the damaged area. This quote will be forwarded to the client and the amount will be deducted from the card given on the DWG. Any disputed to the damage caused can be registered to the Operations Manager.
• Any extra cleaning required as a result of your charter is deemed chargeable under damage waiver agreement.
• Any fines incurred through the local marine authority as a direct action or failure to comply with our policies by the lead named charterer or their guests will be chargeable under the damage waiver.
• No liability or responsibility is accepted for any loss or additional expenses incurred by accident, injury, sickness or death.
• All persons under the age of 21 years must be supervised by a mature adult.
• Any food supplied by client is subject to approval as per UAE health & safety law.
• No animals or pets of any sort may be taken on board as per UAE laws.
• No Smoking throughout the yachts interior. Failure to comply will lead to immediate termination of the charter.
• Children below 1 year old are only allowed onboard yachts of 40ft plus.


• We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made. In the event of a cancellation, no liability shall fall on us. Monies paid shall be refunded in full to the named charterer.
• Cancellations will only occur due to bad weather conditions, mechanical failure and satisfactory upgrade options are available. Coastguard restrictions and enforcement of new laws prohibiting the charter from going ahead are included.
• Cancellation fee retention policy: 50% of the booking value retained up to 72hrs prior to the charter time and date. 100% of booking value retained within 72hrs of the booking time and date.
• Charters will not commence unless DWG has been completed with a valid credit card and recognised l.D presented to Captain. We reserves the right to cancel for no compliance on this matter with no refund.
• The Charterer has the right to cancel free of listed charges above if any of the following occur; Weather is deemed unsafe or a warning has been issued by the coastguard. We fail to provide an agreed operation aspect of the charter on the day of the charter.
• Cancellations must be confirmed by the client prior to the charter time lapsing.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Do you have your own Captains and Crew and rare they qualified?

Yes. Each vessel is assigned its own Captain and Crew. Together with our own quality standard requirements for presentation and being English spoken all Crew must hold the necessary STCW paperwork and have a proven history within the Maritime Service Sector to be part of our Team.

How Far in advance is recommended to book a yacht?

If you have specific dates and times to execute your charter we recommend you book well in advance. If you are generally flexible then 3-4 weeks during peak season 1-2 weeks prior during the summer.

Can you supply food and drink for my Charter?

Soft drinks and water are complimentary when chartering with us. We have catering Menus available upon request at a supplement (from AED100pp), please discuss your catering and dietary requirements with your Charter Executive during the booking process.

Will I be reminded before my charter?

Yes, our team will contact you by telephone the evening before the charter clarifying the time and criteria of your charter.

Are babies allowed on the yachts?

Yes, minors under 2yrs are permitted but must remain within the Saloon or Cabin area accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 9 are required to wear life jackets throughout the charter.

Can I bring my Pets on board?


What should I bring with me?

All guests must bring with them Valid I.D. Passport for individuals coming from outside of UAE and Emirates I.D for Residents. Failure to comply may result in you or guests being refused entry to the vessel.

Can I extend my charter on the day?

You may extend your charter IF we are in a position where there is availability following your charter. We advise this is pre discussed as a possibility with your Charter Executive. Payment for the extension must be either at the office prior to the charter or with the Captain in cash during your charter.

What will we see?

Your Charter will commence taxiing through the infamous Dubai Marina, once out in the Arabian Sea you will travel around the iconic Palm Jameira, see sights such as the Atlantis Hotel and the One & Only Royal Mirage, from there across to the 7 Star Burj Al Arab and Jameira Beach Hotel, before heading back past the Sheik Mohammad’s Island. Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Sure. Inform your charter Executive of the same and we will have one of our crew assist transporting the food and beverage to the vessel on the day. We have glasses on board. Any cutlery and crockery will need to be supplied by the client unless we are providing the catering.

Can I play Music on the yacht?

Yes. Each yacht is equipped with a sound system, an AUX cable friendly device is required. We do not have our own music to play, so please bring your own.

What if weather is bad on the day?

The Coast Guard inform our office if a weather warning has been issued. In this instance you will be notified immediately and have the following options presented to you;

Continue with your charter with an alternative and safer route plan (if permitted).
Reschedule the charter for a later date.
Cancel the booking free of any cancellation charges (only in the event you are unable to reschedule).

How do I limit seasickness?

This is subjective, we advise to minimize the risk of discomfort during your charter, eat a meal (no fruit) ideally bread and stay on the top deck facing the direction the vessel is moving in. The Captain will assign seasickness tables prior to the charter for those commonly affected by motion sickness.

Can we swim?

Swimming is permitted during daylight hours only. Cut offs are typically during the Summer months at 7.00 pm and winter months at 5.00 pm.

Can we Fish?

Unfortunately our expertise are with yachting and not that of deep sea fishing, our vessels are also more suited for cruising near the coastline not deep sea fishing.

Can we wear shoes onboard?

For the safety of our guests and to keep the yacht in pristine condition we require all guests to remove their footwear when boarding. New slippers are on board for those not comfortable in bare feet.
