Rental Requirements

In what kind of experiences do our charters specialize?

We have supplied luxury yachts for short and long term charters for 33 years from the Hyatt and also Marina Jack. Our cruises range from four-hour and all-day trips to rentals by the week or month. Clients who own yachts may choose to captain themselves or hire one of our captains. We will also teach prospective buyers how to handle a yacht.

Where do people generally cruise?

Clients depart the Hyatt Sarasota, turn south to the shell beaches of the barrier islands of Sanibel, Captiva, Boca Grande and Marco Island. Ports in Venice, Fort Myers or Naples await their experience! Unspoiled beaches, cool ocean breezes, privacy aboard!

They enjoy the curious, playful antics of a friendly porpoise or taking a refreshing dip in one of many secluded bays. Longer charters may choose to cruise the Bahamas.

What kind of yachts do you charter?

We offer the Rolls Royce line of Grand Banks Trawlers and Selene Passagemakers and were the first company in the world to charter these yachts.

Both yachts have proven themselves on the Oceans of the World. Our yachts feature two or three staterooms, and their seaworthy and dependable performance ensure long range, economical performance with luxury. Our clients are very discriminating, and we give them the care, quality service and memorable on-the-water experience they expect.

Your four-hour and day cruises are very popular.

People charter cruises for every occasion imaginable, including weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, scenic cocktail parties, and real estate tours, even for services to spread ashes. We work closely with the concierge staff at the Ritz Carlton and Hyatt as well as individual clients. Our four hour cruises have been very popular with the Stars who are performing at the VanWezel.

What prompted you to get into the business of chartering yachts, and why Sarasota?

I always have had yachts and enjoyed the water. As a licensed pilot and former experimental hovercraft pilot, I was used to handling powerful vehicles, so yachts were a natural fit. I chose Sarasota because it is the Jewel of the West Coast with its white sand beaches, beautiful water and wonderful people.
