I rented the sailboat for a full day with a captain and a crew member/photographer in order to propose to my girlfriend and it led to an amazing day and a wonderful experience. It was very easy to communicate and plan my trip with the owner as well as the captain, who were both very helpful, and I was able to create a package that I liked. We ended up taking sail from Coal Harbour and went all the way up Indian Arm to Granite falls (where we got off and did some site seeing), with some other stops on the way and it was amazing. The whole trip was scenic and we spent most of it on the deck wrapped up in blankets taking breaks for breakfast and lunch. The captain and the crew member were unbelievable and very attentive to our every need and I truly felt they were doing everything they could to make the trip memorable (champagne etc.) I ended up proposing to her on the deck in the middle of the water at sunset and it was truly a special moment. The photographs and videos are spectacular, and I will forever be grateful to them both for helping make the beautiful memories that will last a lifetime. I obviously highly recommend the team and the vessel which are both amazing. The sailboat is clean, heated, spacious and it was breathtaking when the sails were out and we were cruising through the water. The captain is very skilled and we came back a little later than planned as we were not rushed through the day, and my now fiancé still can't stop talking about the day. Thanks again for all your efforts and I will definitely see you again... probably for my anniversary. All the best.
What an amazing experience. It was a chillier day but the cab was heated. When the sun did come out we got to sit on the haul of the boat and drink champagne. They provided cold glasses and offered to pick up drinks and snacks. At the end of the trip at our request they dropped us at the restaurant for dinner!
Had a lovely afternoon going up Indian Arm with Captain Dave and Cee Cee. They were warm, friendly and gracious and the food and drinks were great. We were a party of 6 celebrating a family event and everything was perfect. Would book this again in a heartbeat.
Captain Dave and Cee Cee were amazong hosts. The Sea Sanctuary Yacht was perfect for an afternoon getaway to the Indian Arm. We had a party of 8 guests and there was lots of laughs and drinks had and we would do it all over again in a second! Thank you!!
What a great way to see Vancouver! Michael was so knowledgeable about the area, he shared really great bits of information and was very well prepared for the trip. It really was the highlight of our trip to Vancouver and the best decision! 10/10 would recommend captain Griff!
The trip was awesome, everybody in our group enjoyed it. We had little kids with us, and they couldn't shut up about how they loved it and that they want to go again immediately. Captain Mike made us all feel welcome and secure (I'm a nervous mom, who hasn't been on the water for a while). He is a knowledgeable guide; we went towards Vancouver, and learnt a lot of curious things about all the industrial sights we are so used to see, but never knew what they were. Loved it!
