At the initial email he was prompt to every email to confirm my request and the questions I had prior to my scheduled time. It was our first time jet skiing. Tray gave very formal instructions and reviews to make sure I understood and was comfortable. The ski were in great condition and there were no mechanical issues or concerns while riding. I will be booking again with more family and friends in the future. My daughter loved it so much she wants to rent the jet skis for her birthday.
