The Bimini roof provided a perfect balance of sun and shade. Cruising amidst dolphins and scenic mountains with seven fishing lines in the water offered us the best of both worlds. A special highlight was the trip to Playa Blanca, where we enjoyed a beautiful beach and fantastic snorkeling with the provided gear in the clear waters by the reefs. I only have amazing things to say about my experience with Jeynner and his team. I was given a prompt response to my inquiry for the charter, and was offered a reasonable price. Communication was clear about the meeting place, time, and all other details. The Captain and mate were very knowledgeable about the local fishing spots and worked very hard to make sure I got to take fish home. Everyone was very friendly and kept high standards to ensure I had all the information I needed and was comfortable on the charter. I enjoyed taking home the fish I caught, all cleaned by the crew and ready for the grill for dinner. I highly recommend Jeynner and his crew and hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

During our pleasant lunch at Las Brisas waiting for our appointed meeting time, we observed the Surfari Del Mar offshore at anchor and wondered who would be taking the place of Captain Jack who, we had learned the evening before, had recently passed away. Much to our surprise, and eventual delight, we were approached by a lovely young lady who introduced herself as Frecia, skipper of the Surfari. While strong winds the previous day had kicked up sediment in the water where we snorkeled making it less than perfect, everything else on the cruise was exceptional – the sailboat itself, the crew (Frecia and her two Argentinian mates), the music playlist, the food and local drinks and the sunset. This was “Pura Vida” at its best! The booking of the cruise through GetMyBoat was easy and without issue.
