They do not say “West Coast, Best Coast” for nothing. From the shores of the Pacific Ocean to the Great Salt Lake and the bed of the Colorado River, the West Coast of the United States has a lot to offer in the way of water. The Oregon Trail and Gold Rush of 1850 may have populated the region, but today the abundance of natural wonders and water resources have tourists and locals alike praising the land. California’s most popular destinations are often coastal, such as San Francisco, San Diego, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, and Monterey.
Had an amazing experience. Jason is highly experienced with all aspects of boating and knows Tahoe area inside out including history of place and he can show you some not so known things around south lake (like submerged barges you can see in shallow waters). I don’t usually leave reviews but I feel compelled to do so in this case. I got everything I was hoping for and then some. If you want to just hang out near Emerald bay, go onto beach, dock and get some cocktails by camp Richardson or just want to cruise the area, I highly recommend booking with Jason. He took the time to teach me various aspects of boating as well - showed me how to read shallow waters and submerged rocks from distance and how to navigate around South lake. He let me captain his boat almost the entire time. He rates are very reasonable and boat very well maintained. Y’all are missing out if you come across his listening and don’t book him. His communication throughout whole process was spot on as well. I will definitely with book Jason whenever I want to rent boat in Tahoe area.
We had a fantastic experience and would definitely book through Craig again! The boat had plenty of space and seating. There are covered area if you need a break from the sun or wind. Water slide was a fun added feature! Craig had fast and thorough communication throughout.
Capt. Rick created such a special day with lasting memories, incredible views and a spectacular sail for our family. He took incredible care of all of us but particularly with my father who is in his late 70's with significant mobility issues! Capt Rick was confident he could help him to get to and on the boat and patient with my dad's special needs. He got him on and off without a hitch! His expertise, desire to work with our family and incredible boat and set up all created memories we will never forget and time together that is priceless. Rick, you made our experience wonderful and we would recommend your trip over and over!
On the lake in five minutes. Jason asks what you want to see and takes you there. Dog friendly and even took our dog to a private beach. Rum runners on the way back and it was a perfect afternoon. Accommodated everything we asked. Awesome captain.
We had an awesome day with DJ today. He was very friendly, helpful and patient. What stood out the most was how he was attentive to details and offered help when one of us was feeling a little sea sick. Id recommend booking.
5 star service! Had a blast and the boat was perfectly depicted in the ad. The inside was bigger than I expected. Captain Eddy was a great host and even though we couldn’t go up the coast due to wind, we had a blast where he anchored us. Can’t wait to rent again!
