- You may cancel or reschedule your reservation at least forty-eight hours before your rental start date/time. - "No call, no shows" are responsible for the full rental amount plus taxes and fees. - If poor weather occurs, we will handle each reservation on a case-by-case basis. Policies - Renter and Operator(s) must be at least 21 years old. - No alcohol, grills, scuba, or rock-climbing gear are allowed. - No towing of tubes or water skiers is permitted. - No anchors are provided due to the depth of the lake and rocky terrain. - Operators born on Dec 31, 1986, or after must have a "Boater Safety Card". Operators without one can obtain your boater safety card at BoatUS Foundation. -Renters will be held 100% responsible for damages, or lost/missing equipment
